Have you seen the news lately or stepped foot outside? It’s miserably hot. It was 93-degrees last night at 8:00pm. Oh my! It’s been so humid and hot the last two mornings all the windows in the house were fogged up. It’s so hot that you have to do any outdoor activity at 6:30am because it would be too unbearable to do it any later. Except – for jumping in the pool. That, my dear folks, is the only way to survive this heat streak!

True Confessions: How we had to get her into the pool to begin with.
Yes, we all took to the water the past two days. We “all” as in Mike, me, and both dogs. What a blast! Margaritas poolside, jumping in the pool and being confident enough to put on a bathing suit! (That’s what going to the gym 6-days a week for 7-weeks will do for you.)
How about those pictures above? They were taken with the Flip video camera using the freeze frame snapshot feature. Pretty nifty.

It has been pretty darn hot here, too! It topped off at 101 yesterday! And…our upstairs a/c is on the fritz! At least the downstairs unit works!
