I wish we had dog parks with a lake/water, I would like to take my dog to swim. Well, not in this weather in NY, but during summer. I keep a bag of dog treats in my pocket and every time I let my dog to run free and I call him to come to me and he does I give him treats. So far it has worked pretty good. Well, not all the time, he is a beagle, so he likes to sniff and it's sometimes difficult to make him stop sniffing :) She looks so happy!
