The days are all running together. I can’t determine if today is Monday or Thursday? There’s so much going on – mostly at work. But, I love being busy. It beats the heck out of sitting around twiddling your thumbs.
There really isn’t a lot to update anyone on. OTHER Leanne Tidbits:
- Did you know yesterday (Feb. 22) marked 185 years ago when Spain sold Florida to the United States?
- My mom is being as difficult and obstinate as she can be. She still has not made any follow up visits to the doctor since she got out of the hospital. AND – she snaps at me when I bring it up. Any suggestions?
- My Valentine’s Day roses are still gorgeous – 10 days later. NICE!
- Ashley’s got a huge tumor on her chest – the size of a softball. We noticed it last year and the vet checked it out. But then it was only the size of a golf ball. She’s going in for a check up soon. It doesn’t seem to bother her.
- It was 85-degrees here yesterday. That’s not right for February. Too hot! But it’s better than 15-degrees.
I leave you with some Mt. Dora photos.

Wow – the day is finally here. And mother nature stirred things up here a bit. We started the week at 40-degrees and rain – and now there’s snow everywhere. It’s really pretty.
We had a chance last night to go to the Taste of the NFL – where I got every team’s highlighted player’s signature. Gary, Liz and I worked the room until everyone signed my book. We took pictures of about half of them.
Now – I’ve got 30 minutes to get ready to head out the door to the game. You’ll see those pictures next time!

Then Now – Today!
Rick, me, and Gary ready to head out the door.
